The Target Population: Young Adults/ Adults 17-65 years old.

Curriculum: Texas Dept. of  Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) DWI Education curriculum.

The goal of DWI Education:

To help individuals fulfill their Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) requirements after a Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) conviction.

The essential components of DWI Education include:

This is a 12-hour comprehensive education program designed to provide individuals with the knowledge needed to address and avoid future driving while intoxicated (DWI) incidents.

This course is for individuals who:

✅ Have been court-ordered to complete a DWI education program (Anyone convicted of a first-offense DWI)

✅ Are on probation or parole and need to meet legal requirements

✅ Want to reinstate their driver’s license after a suspension

✅ Need to understand the consequences of impaired driving

✅ Want to avoid future DWIs and make safer decisions

✅Anyone who has been arrested and not convicted for a DWI and is working towards their education requirements

 

What You Will Learn

• The legal, financial, and personal consequences of a DWI

• Texas DWI laws and the steps to reinstate your license

• How alcohol and drugs affect driving ability

• Strategies to avoid another DWI and make better choices

• How to complete your court-mandated DWI education requirements

• The long-term impact of a DWI and how to move forward

Recommended Intensity:

There are three (3) Sessions: Weekday Classes are offered during the Day: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 10 AM-2 PM

*Weekend Classes: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (COMING SOON).

Consequences of non-completion

🎀Failure to complete the program within 180 days from the date probation was granted will result in revoking the offender's license. 

This course isn’t just about fulfilling legal requirements; it’s about helping you regain control and prevent future mistakes.
