This comprehensive 8-hour substance abuse course meets the requirements for court-mandated substance abuse class, is nationally recognized as well as meets SAP 8-hour substance abuse course. This course covers key topics related to substance abuse education, intervention, and prevention. This course complies with relevant court-mandated requirements and be designed to meet the needs of participants across different jurisdictions; as well as DOT-mandated safety sensitive employees referred for SAP education and in the Return-To-Duty (RTD) program.
